Queenstown has a small and compact CBD and walking is a great way to discover the retail outlets, souvenir stores, art galleries, bars and restaurants. The town centre is located ten minutes drive from the airport.

If you don’t rent a car whilst you are in town, there are a number of options to get around.  The local bus service Connectabus operates from early morning to late at night. Connectabus provides transport to Fernhill, Frankton and Arrowtown with day passes available
