through to the lounge and bedroom for those

The Inspire Restaurant has been designed to
transform the time of day; light and airy over
breakfast, moody and intimate in the evening.
Changing the tableware, accessories and staff
attire gives guests an entirely fresh
perspective. Seating just 22 guests, the Inspire
Restaurant is under the guidance of renowned New
Zealand chef, Rex Morgan.

Accomplished bartenders will serve you classic
cocktails and a top shelf range of wines and
spirits in fine glassware. The bar is intimately
seductive and basks in a soft candlelit glow.
Inspire Bar is open daily from 5pm until late.
Order snacks prepared by Inspire Restaurant,
enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail or make a night of
it here. Cocktail Hour is actually two hours
from 5-7pm Monday to Friday. |
