Combining exceptional scenery with world class
cuisine, the Sofitel Moorea offers three
distinct restaurants and bars, each capturing
the unique atmosphere of Tahitian life. Under
the guidance of Executive Chef Philippe Ture,
the restaurants feature traditional French
recipes enhanced with new and exotic
ingredients, including locally caught fish and
delicious tropical fruits. Chef Philippe is also
heavily influenced by Asian, Moroccan and
African ingredients to add a touch of spice to
certain dishes.
Pure Restaurant |
 |
|
Vibrant delights
With expansive views over the turquoise waters
of the lagoon, Pure restaurant boasts an a la
carte menu in an ultra-modern setting. Designer
furniture, bold color schemes and stylish
accents create the perfect ambience for a
memorable dining experience.
Choose from the large wooden deck overlooking
the lagoon for the ultimate alfresco dining
under the stars, or enjoy your meal inside next
to the beautiful frescoes of corals and shells,
depicting the restaurant’s close ties to the
ocean.
Vue
Gaugin’s temptations
With bold orange and red color schemes inspired
by Gauguin and a beautifully backlit bar, Vue is
the perfect setting for that sunset cocktail or
casual poolside snack. With an extensive wine
and cocktail list and informal dining, Vue
offers views over the white powdery sands of the
beach to the aquamarine lagoon beyond.
K Restaurant
Natural romance
Named after the local Kahaia tree from which its
beams and roof are made, K restaurant is the
ideal place to enjoy a romantic dinner. Its use
of tropical woods, thatched roof and natural
stones creates a magical setting where you can
enjoy world-class cuisine at one with nature.
With candlelit tables for two and sparkling
views over the lagoon guests can choose to dine
on one of the outdoor tables that spills down to
the water’s edge, or under the beautiful
thatched roof. |
