Tanya Jones
Manager - Groups Department
Tanya began her career working for a large tour operator in Australia, which soon led to positions in London and Canada. A native of Australia, she has traveled extensively throughout her homeland and has toured New Zealand several times. She also has an in-depth knowledge of the South Pacific Islands. Tanya now has 12 years experience in the travel industry. Having worked with both FIT and group clients she continues to update her destination knowledge through regular visits to Australia as well as maintaining both her Aussie and Kiwi Specialist status.
With a reputation for achieving excellence in customer service, Tanya especially enjoys researching and customizing itineraries for specialist groups that are looking for a unique trip they'll remember for years to come!
Michelle Limeburner
Groups Sales
Michelle has worked in the travel industry for over 5 years, initially as an FIT Sales Consultant with SWAIN, and more recently in our Groups Department. Originally from Adelaide, Australia, Michelle has in-depth knowledge of Australia, New Zealand, South Pacific Islands and Asia. Visiting these regions as often as possible, she knows how to create much more than your average group itinerary! Michelle particularly enjoys building a rapport with her clients, ensuring their vacation experiences are ones that will exceed their expectations. She is an expert in all types of group travel and looks forward to creating your clients next group itinerary!

Africa Specialists
The Africa Department comprises of Anne Ferguson, Donna Blumeris and Darren Lingerfelder. Combined, they have a total of over 15 years of travel experience. Donna is originally from Zimbabwe. Anne & Darren are South Africans who moved to the United States to join the SWAIN team in October 2006. They previously worked for the largest African inbound/outbound operator.
Donna, Anne & Darren have each traveled extensively through East Africa, Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands. They return to the region at least twice a year and have an in-depth knowledge of South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Tanzania, Mauritius, Seychelles and Egypt.

Leisure Groups: So your group wants to visit a local school. Not a problem, we can arrange that! At SWAIN our Group Specialists understand that each group has its own unique personality and touring desires. Whether your group is interested in the 'tried and true highlights' or an 'off the beaten track' experience we've got the right itinerary for you.
Education Groups: For high-school or college curriculum courses, we can put together itineraries that feature an educational focus whether it be history, culture or flora and fauna.
Special Interest: If your group is centered around a special interest such as cooking schools, ancient civilizations, or shopping we will customize an itinerary around your interest.
Corporate: Past groups include Team 100 Republicans, Discovery Channel, Credit Suisse, First Boston, Outback Steakhouse, Jack Hannah's Animal Adventures and Wilson's Leather. SWAIN can also help out with pre/post conference travel.
