I have been working for the last week with a terrific gal in your office: I initially spoke with her on the phone and liked her straight away. She's been just super. Very flexible and gets back to me in a very timely manner. We've had to reduce the budget quite significantly from where we started for this trip which is hard to do. We had a great time in Africa. Thank you for all of your help in setting up the trip.
I was able to summit Kilimanjaro and so that portion of the trip was a huge success. Carolyn and Katrina then met me in South Africa and we began to tour South Africa and Zimbabwe together. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip that you planned for us and have many fond memories of the trip.
On the "day to ourselves", we were able to visit the botanical garden and aquarium in Cape Town and feel that these were two of the highlights of the entire trip.
We all agree that the safari was THE highlight of the entire trip. The staff at Djuma (now called Cheetah Plains) made our stay there remarkable. Andrew our guide and Terrence our tracker, saw to it that we had excellent animal sightings, with many of them very close. We did get lots of photos but do not have them arranged yet.

The trip was awesome! Not one hiccup, you did a great job. Silk Oaks is under new ownership and it was delightful. We even had a python visit us for lunch! Enjoyed all the lodging, the Meridien in Port Douglas was a great choice, I can see why you selected it.
