Day 1 Fly USA to Nadi

Day 2 Cross the International Date Line

Day 3 Fly Nadi to Vatulele
Fly between Nadi and Vatulele by a small seaplane. The flight, which takes around 30 minutes, allows you a wonderful view of the main island of Fiji and surrounding outer islands.

The Fiji Islands are tailor made for relaxed adventure. The islands boast miles and miles of extreme pristine beauty and are a nature lover’s delight. At the crossroads of the Pacific, Fiji is the exotic melting pot of cultures of Fijian, Indian, Chinese, South Sea Islanders and European settlers.

Days 4-7 At leisure, Fiji
Vatulele Island is similar in shape to a footprint. Apart from the resort, the only other inhabitants live in 4 native Fijians villages with a population of around 1000 located on the Northern side of the island. These people form most of the resorts staff. They are unspoiled by Western influences, and to the delight of guests, maintain their natural gentleness and warmth.

The crystal waters of Vatulele invite every kind of water-based activity, including sailing, paddling, snorkeling, fishing, and diving. Even swimming experience takes on a new dimension here. For those who are even more active, there is a tennis court.

The guides will take you on hikes into the jungle, where you can learn about native plant medicines, see ancient petoglyphs, visit important archaeological sites, swim in underground caves, or visit the unique home of the red prawns. You can also arrange the ultimate picnics on a secluded beach away from the resort – or even reserve your own island for a special romantic interlude.

Day 8 Fly Vatulele to Nadi
Take a short, 30 minute seaplane flight back to Nadi.
