Howzit, I was born in Durban (along South Africa’s East coast) and have grown up in Southern Africa.  As a student, I was fortunate enough to travel to Israel and the United Kingdom.  I previously worked for one of the largest tour operators in Southern Africa for 5 years – here I gained invaluable knowledge and experience customizing itineraries for U.S. clients visiting Southern Africa.  During those 5 years I also had the opportunity to travel extensively around South Africa and also to neighboring countries such as Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Kenya and Zanzibar.

I recently had the opportunity to move to the U.S. and work for Swain Tours to share my enthusiasm for Southern Africa. My hobbies are travel and photography and what better way to incorporate these two than to travel around Southern Africa and experience everything the wildlife and culture has to offer.
