One of the few “US locals” in the office, I was born and bred in a suburb just outside of Philadelphia and have had the privilege of working for Swain Tours almost since its inception twenty years ago. My role at Swain has evolved from Travel Consultant to Sales Manager to my current dual role as Customer Relations Manager and National Sales Manager and I thoroughly enjoy working for this dynamic and team-oriented company who truly values their clientele. I have been fortunate to travel to Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific a number of times over the years and although I have had the opportunity to experience these destinations with my husband of fifteen years, including an exciting bareboat charter in the Whitsunday Islands of Australia, I very much look forward to introducing my three daughters to these fascinating destinations in the near future!
